I think that being lactose intolerant is a sad thing. I am not able to eat or drink dairy products, and I hate it. I am envious of everyone who can do it, and I just wish to be a person that can do it. I want to go and eat all of the dairy products that I want, I want to drink milk. I also want to eat as much ice cream that there is in this world right now.

Improve the lactose digestion and symptoms of lactase deficiency . It is not easy for a person to face challenges. Health is most important part of human life . I am a body builder and fitness trainer. I am very aware towards my health.
