The Digestible; a site for easy to understand food, nutrition, health, and energy balance information.

The Digestible is student driven through two Nutrition and Dietetics courses at San Francisco State University,:NUTR 551 Nutrition Education and Communication and NUTR 550 Advanced Nutrition & Human Metabolism. This course is taught by Gretchen George, Ph.D., R.D.
