Group hike - friday october 16th!

Please join Krista Winchester, a senior Dietetics student at San Francisco State University in a hike this Friday, October 16th at 11am.

The plan is to enter at Wildcat Canyon at Clark Road in El Sobrante. This part of the trail system is amazing. It does connect to Tilden Park, but is less traveled.

The Digestible is student driven through a Nutrition and Dietetics course at San Francisco State University, NUTR 551 Nutrition Education and Communication. This course is taught by Gretchen George, Ph.D., R.D.
